DMCA Policy

DigitalHubEra respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains our process for handling copyright infringement claims.

01Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location.
  • Your contact information, including name, address, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

02Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with the information required under the DMCA.

03Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Amendments

The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.

Currently there are no additions, deletions, or changes.

To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.

No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
